I think these sketches are closer to masculine if that is what you are aiming for. I am not a skitzo that likes to complain about character genders. I think this is an interesting topic and your art is nice.
What do you think of these edits
I made him as effeminate as I can before I would call it "draw a girl call it a boy" in terms of the face.
In terms of the body, I think you are getting there, but you are still thinking about men being wide rather than
>men having a much bigger rib cages
>and men having far more rigid and straight down hips
Within these constraints, you can make a male character much more slim and still make it unmistakably male

>For the redraw can't tell what's changed
1) lowered chin
2) Raised eyes and made them closer together
3) Made the nose rougher and more pronounced
These are generic differences that help define more masculine characteristics.
