I mean, taking things at face value she's an adorkable autist who's so desperate for companionship that she'd go as far as to pander to the people she views the most similar to her (other outcasts).
I don't think she's been trying too hard to scrounge up oldfag-cred and this is genuinely just how she is. Personally don't mind if she keeps it up, drops it entirely or tones it down. I must admit: It is kind of fun seeing the juxtaposition between someone talk so passionately about properly taking care of cute, tiny animals only to have the same person talk about fags and niggers not a minute too soon - even then, she has yet to go off with full on rants about them.
