Do you understand the concept of Laplace's Demon? It might not be enough to counter someone of significant strength, but Wagahai has immense destructive power (and potentially other forms, although that is yet unseen) to couple with that. She has the speed and power to make use of her knowledge. If Gozaru planned on fighting her, she'd already know.

There's a reason she was shackled so long ago. If Wagahai is ever fully released from her restraints, I don't know if there's any mortal capable of stopping her. It would require some form of divine intervention as it likely once did.

Heavy disagreement. Wagahai was outright known for being immensely powerful and intelligent in a time long past. Given what she's based on, it's safe to say she's probably one of the most powerful Holos out there (beaten only by EN for having literal immortal concepts as members). She was powerful enough that she needed to be sealed. That speaks volumes.

She can be pretty cool. The whole Power and IQ were way too high so it was contained without her recollection of where or how, is an interesting angle to play with. Being the "leader" of a gang of goofs bent on taking over the world has its fun aspects as well.
