HoloID numbers are bad when compared to the rest of Hololive, but given the Cost of living in Indonesia and comparing them to NijiID they're doing fantastic.
NijiEN is doing 'good' when compared to the rest of the scene, but they're a good 3rd place behind Vshoujo and HoloEN in the west, so comparatively their numbers are 'bad'.
If you want a hard number line that is considered 'good' per region, that's a bit easier but even that's subject to a lot of context such as VOD views vs CCV vs content type.
