Not really. It's mostly the fault of the people making the AI art (or more accurately, the people doing the inputs for the AI to make the art) being incompetent lazy fucks.

AI can make beautiful images like this if some effort is put in. The fags who make the bland AI art like we see every day can't even be bothered to touch it up a bit themselves before posting it to make it look better, not even fixing errors like common weird hands in photoshop or something.
