For titles, just describe the clip as it is; no exaggerations, no exclamation and no caps. For example, if Rosemi throws a tirade of "hecks" and "fricks" and you want to clip that, do this:
>Rosemi tries to throw a lot of swears
DON'T do this:
>Dirty Rosemi SWEARS A LOT and breaks her SEISO!
The former implies she attempted and held herself back, the latter implies she actually did it (even if it wasn't the case).

For thumbnails, just do a screencap of the moment with an overlaid text of an exact (not bullshitted) quote from the clip. Or ask plenty of artists around to use their art so you have a reservoir of thumbnails to use from.
