Damn no one here actually even mentioned how JP had recently passed a law on slander? That's probably the main reason why they are only updating the terms and rules for clipping now instead of before, its to help alleviate concerns of the clippers that they would get easily sued for slander cause they titled a video with clickbait stuff like "Irys saying a sensitive word" when she's just saying she likes whipped cream on her banana. Heck they are also giving them even more incentive by explicitly allowing monetization where before it was muddled whether its fine for clippers to put ads or give early access to their clips for members.

Assuming you are referring to the Mafumafu shit and not breaking NDAs(which would mean Cover would have fired the others too), in the worst case scenario it would mean all the other Holos have boyfriends. It would upset the unicorns and cause them to leave, but in general the majority will stay and still donate, so long as they don't bring them up or collab on stream. You can see this already with the likes of Matsuri and Fubuki where their numbers crater if collabing with guys but they will come back once the guys are gone. Also having a boyfriend is not considered illegal.

This is the only one that could legitimately be a serious problem, however this was remedied by the fact that Namori is friends with Nene so she didn't raise a stint and they made an announcement to stop this thing from happening again. In the worst case scenario, the other Holos are doing the same but since seems no other artist has spoke up about it either means none of the other Holos did it or they already struck a deal with said artists.

Now see the problem with the nipple guy isn't really the porn but the act of privacy. If you consider the worst scenario, he could have pirated a lot of other shit, from movies, games, shows, etc. This practice could also spread in the rest of the members, all it takes is for the dude to share his stuff to the others and them to start thinking it's not as big of a deal so they do the same. Fans watching might also get reinforced that the person they like watching is doing it so its fine to do so as well as maybe young fans who don't know about piracy yet but now do so they follow the streamers example.

Its kinda interesting to me how the EN fanbase have people that are really bothered with ships whereas there's none for the JPs(or at least it doesn't seem like it but maybe in 5ch there are people who complain). Like GurAme, TakaMori and KroMei are like highly popular but when you get into some of the individual fanbase you have some who express their dislike to pairing or even to the other party. Meanwhile from how ive seen so far, neither of Korone nor Okayu's fanbase have problems with it, same with Shion and Aqua, Botan and Lamy... heck their fanbase are even sharing their threads with each other.
