He didn't accuse anyone in Hololive of being untalented. He was making a shit case that you would lie on any job application form because once you get past the interview, you are golden providing you aren't a complete fuck-up. He cites Hololive specifically as they had been talking about questions from the EN2 audition application forms, and that it would be especially enticing to lie to them because it's easier to "fake it til you make it" when you have a large fanbase to start with.
Ironmouse immediately calls him out for being retarded and thinking the audition process wouldn't quickly catch the imposters, which makes him drop the subject until months later where the anti brigade find the clip and decide to stir shit as they do, prompting Connor to kick the hornets nest when him and Ironmouse mock them for trying to "cancel him" over it.

This is also taken out of context, and seeing as Kiara has played Shadowverse with Gigguck it's blatantly even untrue to state this.
