If she didn't have the setting of her family being Oni as well, this little animation wouldn't have half the charm that it does.
Lore and the kayfabe related to it doesn't really come up that often in streams, for sure. But it allows for fan works to be REALLY creative with what they're given. Leading to stuff like Holocure and other fangames, cute animations like these, and fanarts about various situations with them in-character, making it far more charming.

This shit wouldn't work with someone like KSon, who always shows her face and so doesn't have that inherent "kayfabe" vibe of roleplay. Back when she was Coco, there were hundreds of Yakuza related fanarts of her because she lived and breathed that role.
But now that she's a facecam streamer, the "lore" just doesn't stick, kayfabe is broken. The "role" is exposed to be just a role, nothing more.
