its like the difference between Bethesda Fallout and Obsidian Fallout.
New Vegas feels big and dynamic because many characters have their own personalities and goals, and because of the way their individual stories interwine with each other.

Again its definitely harder to do than just having 2 main characters interact and do stuff together, but I genuinely love stories that show there's more going on than just whatever the main character is personally experiencing or dealing with.
