She has a ton of appeal, none of which has to do with her being a female. People don't watch her because she's an uguu kawaii anime girl or a sexy onee-san; as a matter of fact, her body is completely sexless, and her voice is kind of disgusting to listen to. They watch her because she's a total bro who's good at games and banters well with everyone she plays with. And she's the 2nd most popular NijiEN by far. You could swap her gender, and absolutely nothing would change about that; if anything, it would only strengthen the "bro simulator" attitude she exudes.
