on 'My filters' tab you have to add this:
twitch.tv##+js(twitch-videoad)
then on the 'Settings' tab, scroll to 'Advanced', check 'I am an advanced user', click on the gear icon that'll appear and copy the script url next to 'userResourcesLocation'.
