i appreciate that they arent numberfag, it's great they want to do what they want. But they seem doesnt care too much about their growth and just do whatever (like spamming underrated game or kusoge just because they want to), they really naively think people will watch them because of them. that's not bad mindset per se but to do that you need grinding hard and provide good content first.
learn how to balance.
you can spam zelda, gungeon, ftl, zomboid, etc. however you like but try to do trendy or buff shit to grow your channel & hook new audience in.
Especially they're first gen, for fuck’s sake, lay the groundwork for your kouhai first. After your kouhai can take the burden, you can do whatever you like.

I'm fucking sure the holoEN3 applicant is doubled than nijiEN 30k applicant and we know Cover looks at every applicant to fit character they envisioned.
you guys don't want to Cover accelerate or else you will get undesirable people.
Homos expected to come sooner or later, they're just filler at best. the reason they come faster was because they have few applicants & they happen to get hires who fit concept they envisioned.
They will be forgotten in the next 3-4 month anyway once EN3 debuted.
i would rather they took their time to get actual diamond in the rough than another council 2.0 but worse.

pretty much this. i know people has their own opinion for holo interacting with homos but its important EN need someone that can ''connect'' to all branches for corporate event reason, just look at holo 5th anniversary where only sora & fubuki being the host and such, not just because they're being the oldest but they also very familiar with all holoJP & starsJP member.
Bae has potential for this but i feel she doesn't have thick-skinned, ability to make big decision & willing to take a brunt for yab-deflection like Fubuki does.
