The karaoke itself was alright, nothing special compared to her recent members' sessions.

The problems were in YouTube technicals and marketing. YouTube reset stream key settings to default and Gura didn't notice.
Stream was set to normal latency so chat was constantly 5-10s out of sync with itself.
DVR was enabled and with typical YouTube buffering with chat going at lightspeed meant people would fall behind and be minutes out of sync and spamming chat at the wrong time. Those DVR viewers also don't count towards viewer count because Susan.
Gura posted the stream too late and never mentioned it was unarchived, so only people caught the announcement on Twitter or at the end of her previous streams would know.
