To be honest I think it was created by the resident schizo, he likes to make shit up then source his own posts at a later time, but even if it wasn't it's pretty funny that Aqua was a chuuni retard even at 13 and just makes her seem more genuine in being a chuuni retard now.
This tweet would have also been allegedly written right after Sword Art Online's anime first aired, for some context on the timing.
