Anon, the point of the boycott is to mentally break the talent so hard that they leave the company. Ironically by the time Nijisanji allows them to graduate most of they boycotters would have moved on and anyone leaving the company would be left alone in the wilds.
However the boycott itself is probably an illusion maintained by a small minority and in reality most people either got too disgusted by Anycolor and left for good, or got tired of the drama so much that they started looking at other places. Meaning that the people "boycotting" are such a minority that there isn't an actual boycott and Nijisanji has permanently lost the western market.
