Hll 3.1 is a model trained on vtubers, and it's what lets you prompt them using the tags in the "VTuber Prompt List" you can find in the OP, you're gonna need it if you want to replicate the likeness of vtubers.
It's not stable on its own, and needs to be mixed into a model, the OP has a bunch of models listed in the "Vtuber Model Mixes" that come pre-blended with HLL.
I can recommend "Attack of the something of the something" or "Grapefruitjuice" for general anime style images that are easy to work with for beginners, these are also found in the OP.
