I believe that island in the middle is where the embassies and the seat of the emperor is, so that would probably be one of the last bits of land to be ceded.
Is there a particular reason the claim is a region detached from the Candy Kingdom? It tends to be more difficult to hold exclaves, instinctively I would assume you'd want to capture one of the territories in picrel, this way your mainland gains direct access to the Holosea, and it's easier to hold and justify.
