Absolute kek, the people who actually matter to all the corpo bigwigs are the overseas demographic who kicked them off in the first place. At the end of the day vtubing is more about entertainment in a wide slew of niches than being a lukewarm copy of idol culture.
If you only watch vtubing because of concerts and certain streams thats fine, just understand that its an optional part of, not representative of, vtubing as a whole.
