Central europe (germanic countries) are the highest tier. Next is western europe and then eastern europe. basically eastern euros were not even considered "white" during nazi germany. Just people who larp as whites. They were not considered human. They were considered below human aka subhuman.
In modern times they improved a little but it's still a shithole and all their income is basically support money from the EU (germany) yet they still don't manage to do anything right.

The good thing about eastern europe is that there are barely any refugees or nigs. The bad thing is, that they themselves are retards so it doesn't really make any difference.

tl;dr eastern europe is a shithole. It took east germany decades to recover from communism. If eastern germany needed that long, you can only imagine how long it is gonna take for slavs. Probably need another 100-150 years to catch up to western european standards.
