この番組は人気VTuberグループ「ホロライブ」のプロジェクトである「hololive IDOL PROJECT」から、毎月月替わりでタレントがパーソナリティとして登場する番組で、「ホロライブ」の運営スタッフである「友人A(えーちゃん)」も司会進行役として出演します。

4月は特別編として2週毎にパーソナリティが登場。4月4日、11日の放送回を担当するのはYouTubeチャンネル登録者数100万人越えのVTuber白上フブキ、湊あくあの二人。

番組ではアイドルには欠かせないトークスキルや演技など、様々なことにパーソナリティがチャレンジしたり、「hololive IDOL PROJECT」としての活動報告や楽曲もお届けします。また4月21日(水)に発売されるhololive IDOL PROJECTのアルバム「Bouquet」に収録されている新曲「大切フォトグラフ」が4月の番組エンディングテーマソングに決定しました。
