We have to inform you of the inevitability of delays because we cannot complete the commission by the original deadline in this case.

1. Willingness to continue cooperation
We will inform you as soon as possible about the production situation and negotiate the corresponding compensation plan. In addition to the update of the delivery time, we will also continue to communicate with you about the details of the compensation plan requirements in order to obtain your satisfaction.

2.Plan for termination of cooperation
We have decided to open a special refund option to apologize if you cannot accept the postponed schedule. Please note that we are unable to issue full refunds for orders over 180 days. That’s because PayPal has closed refunds actions for those orders from our side, which means we cannot refund you the fees charged by the platform during the process.

For your case. We will get your file from white coffin and all related source file which need for your new commission after we clear out the fee. Sorry for the inconvenience that been happened. We truly try our best to reach the goal but for now it still very hard to catch up as soon as possible. So in the rule of transparency, we think it’s better to inform you all of that.
