The fact that we've now had at least two staff members who both displayed a clear genuine investment into the happiness and success of the talents (and Tsunderia itself by extension) only for both of them to suddenly give up and resign makes the company look completely horrible. At this point the promise of more staff is laughable, it's obviously going to do nothing to fix the fundamental problem.

Most of them are startup companies where the CEO is just some rando with money to spend but no fucking idea what they're actually doing. From there it pretty much entirely comes down to the competence of the managers they hire to do the work for them.
Tsunderia in particular has been all over the place because of this, they went from being a borderline black company early on because of one awful manager to being the most successful small EN corpo for a time because of one great manager. Now they're in limbo, whether or not the company sinks or swims going forward depends on whether or not the new management is good enough to outweigh the complete and utter uselessness of the CEO.
