I can swap Nijimale and NijiID. Most of the placements for Nijisanji were either based on the size of the general, or other geographic factors, like /2434/ being where it is because they wanted to be naval based, or /HaHa/ being in the mountains because their chuuba is a dragon, NijiKr being on a peninsula because Korea is also a peninsula, or Petra being on the top of the continent to be near Anya for their shared general.

Yeah, I had a similar thought process for placing VSPO/FPS and /hfz/ next to them, with them all being warrior societies capable of rivaling each other.
