i have no doubt about it, the incident will be linked with the company and perceived by the masses in a negative light, the same that happens when someone mentions soda and you think about a specific brand, the hordes of normalfags will think about suicide, harassment, death, fanatics, exploitations and toxic idol culture when hearing about hololive or cover.
But what schizos don't realize, if that something like this actually happens, the negative perception won't stop only at hololive, but to other companies as well, like vshojo or nijisanji and all vtubers out there, the same way when an idol incident happens, it affects the entire industry not only the agency they belonged to.
