I honestly think they just kept it like that to keep speculations high.
If the silhouette had bunny ears then there wouldn't need to be a 3 day delay for the announcement, everyone would know who it is already.
I'm guessing it's gonna be a new Peko outfit with an MGS theme, and perhaps Konami sponsoring Pekora's sololive.
