Someone asked about the /tg/ aspect from last thread before I went to bed. Easy answer is tying things to BESM / OVA (Relatively simple Anime RPGs), hard answer is having to make it by hand.

And I often do the hard answer.

General issues are that things are in a weird flux of "Precise Vagueness" which is never a good thing when I'm writing games. But I digress. Maybe I just need to dig deeper. But Terrorist Fun Times are currently escalating. God help us all.
