I'm happy that he had a little afterparty so that I could hear his voice a little more. My heart has never been so full. I'm tranquil somehow, but it has still taken me forever to collect my thoughts.
Leia, Cry, Kokoronashi... That was a setlist worth waiting an eternity for. It was obvious that he would sing Isolation as well, but it still hit me so hard... I could not be more grateful for Muryoku-P's work. The fact that he was influenced to produce more music in part thanks to Ike's first karaoke is unbelievable... It's impossible to overstate Ike's ability to inspire. It felt incredibly special knowing that this karaoke was exactly what he wanted, even though it took so long to prepare. I can't imagine how much work must have gone into the permission struggles and custom instrumental tracks; it really goes to show how passionate he is about what he does.
He said he would take a day or two off, and maybe travel somewhere.. I hope he rests his voice; it sounded worn out after all of that. I'll miss him.
