NijiKR was a merger between a new Nijisanji group (KR) and a separate corpo that was bought called 541 E&C, whose owner was Moarin and also had Alice Mana who you might know. Things immediately went wrong because there was friction between KR1 and the former 541 E&C members. Then it was found out that Moarin was actually an infamous bully who in the past had pushed another girl to near suicide (the details are murky) which caused a lot of drama.
The second drama was a vtuber from NijiKR's 2nd Gen, Chae Ara. There's a lot of stuff that happened, but to summarize she colluded with the management against the rest of group, which caused Yuya, Bora, and a bunch of other members to leave, caused a bunch of lawsuits, and is pretty much the reason why they got rid of KR and ID around the time.

I suppose. It's a bit more complicated than that. Both Stellive and Isegye represent huge "block" of audiences, (For Stellive it's dullahans, and Isegye it's everything WAK related) and ultimately they dictate the direction of the streaming scene.

I didn't know Uiha had a sister in KR until I saw this video. She looks amazing. Everything Touzai works on is amazing, can't wait to see the bird they designed for EN3.
