All you can do is tough it out. It's going to be hard, but you can and will get through it no matter what. Time keeps marching on so it will pass eventually, you just need to focus and try to keep yourself together until then. Keep telling yourself that after tomorrow it'll be over for a while and you'll be able to rest, remind yourself of the light at the end of the tunnel and never lose sight of it no matter how hard it gets. You can do this.
