If it was just an infection that would be great but that doesn't explain her comment about "when I stand up I get an extremely fast and hard heartbeat and panic." I don't even know why that would be the case unless the infection is so bad it's causing GI bleed -> anemia + orthostatic hypotension (possibly) -> compensatory tachycardia for Maybe she's no longer presenting those symptoms too, I dunno.
I won't speculate any more but no matter the Px/Dx she's probably going to need to adjust her lifestyle choices.
