I believe in scripted streams to a certain point, and of course all the acting that goes into staying in character for the most part such as Obsydia's for instance.

The aversion of talking about relationships, PLs, openly expressing their own sexual experiences and of course the blurred lines between liver and avatar; all of these things and the suspension of belief that a watcher must take into account to enjoy a vtuber are parts of the scripted content I'm talking about.

Which makes it that much more strange that Petra didn't want R34 of her avatar. Petra is not her real self, it's a character owned by the company that she portrays and uses to interact with fans.

In the same vein it's why I find it hard to believe most things that the livers talk about themselves; it's fabricated or exaggerated yet it's taken at face value.
We've had eLIEra's words contradicting the truth at numerous times.

It really makes me wonder how attached some of the livers could be to their vtuber persona.
At least we know Nina is purely in it for the money even if she does enjoy streaming; she's sane enough to see Nijisanji as a job.
