Just fucking PRAY no one tells her that some of the more end game sidequests are important to do in order to understand the post credits scene better. Just let her be fucking ignorant and hate the post credits scene otherwise. There are some really neat sidequests like where you run an errand for the seamstress who gives Jill some linen to embroider on, which comes back later in the game if you did where JIll makes it for you or One where you talk to Tomes and he tells you that you should be a writer, which hints that it wasn't Joshua who wrote the story in the post credits scene but Clive as a ghost writer byut again it's better off if she skips it because the streams will be longer.

Mementos was such a shitty implementation because it just feels unnecessary. Maybe if you needed to navigate it to get to certain palaces the further you go down it'd be tolerable. If it also seemed actually important from the beginning instead of a place you go to in order to do worthless side quests that I fucking ignored throughout the entire game then I'd understand (like Tartarus, it was clear as fuck you should be going up Tartarus because Tartarus was the central hub for all the weird shit). But no, instead it feels like side content until they go "HEY BUDDY, YOU GOTTA GO DOWN THIS BORING FUCKING RANDOMLY GENERATED SUBWAY TUNNEL WITH THE DULLEST FUCKING MUSIC KNOWN TO MAN". They tried to make it more interactive in Royal with that little robot dude but it still sucked dick.
