Funny thing about that, Layna's a dom but has that very well contextualized for only when she's doing something sexual with someone with consent. Whereas' Filian will put people on blast and would push Layna into doing things during collabs in order to establish a sense of dominance in their relationship in general because she didn't know how to deal with Layna's feelings for her. I don't think that Layna fully realized what was going on until they stayed together before twitch con and some other things happened that drove a wedge between them so deep it was a major factor in Layna cancelling showing up for the hole in the wall stream. That dynamic really put a strain on their relationship and is a big part of the reason why It's changed.

I don't get the impression that it was shit the entire time but Filian does have issues with impulse control and those are made worse when she's around someone who she has conflicted feelings towards. Even with the good times when Filian was acting more chill and amicable, there was enough that happened in the streams alone for us to see that the times Filian went over-board would be enough to stick with Layna and leave her feeling slighted in retrospect.
