You're right, actually. Here's an outline I cobbled together after a flash of inspiration:

>Get paid to assist the idols in general matters

>Slowly grow closer to the girls you manage, learning about their dreams and admiring their strength
>Start taking the initiative to go above and beyond for them
>Involve yourself in drama, get into bloody fights with stalkers and do everything you can to support them
>Share tears, smiles and misfortune with the idols
>The bond between you and the girls becomes unbreakable
>You will do anything to help them achieve their dreams
>They all love you and refuse to have anyone else be their manager

>Get diagnosed with cancer one day
>Keep it a secret from the girls so they don't worry
>Continue to push yourself for their sake
>Cancer accelerates as a result of the strain and treatment fails
>Expected to die within the next few weeks, just before the largest-scale tour Hololive has ever done across Japan
>Leave without notice, saying you just feel a little ill and won't be able to make it on the tour but will be supporting them from the sidelines, knowing that the announcement of your death will affect their performances
>Scene takes place at one of their last concerts, with you watching them from the back of the crowd
>Pride swells in your chest and you cry
>Leave out the backdoor and begin to cough up blood
>The idols you love so much continue their performances and finish the tour
>They return to the office but see no sign of Anon
>He's never seen again
