It's Gura's fault for being so overly secretive. It honestly does feel like she's constantly hiding everything and isn't ever upfront with the things she says. It feels like she's trying to obfuscate and hide things that she knows her fans would be upset by. It feels like she can't talk about herself at all because everything she does off-stream involves something that she can't talk about and so she has no stories and won't share anything with her fans.
So of course people are going to wonder why she doesn't talk about herself as much as other streamers or vtubers.
