Shiori hasn't *done* anything, but she's a walking red flag and I am wary of her (she's literally nuts, and I remember she once said something about a game having pronoun selection being 'cool', so it's worrying).
FWMC are super fake. I love IRyS for how real she is, so they are basically the opposite. Also, just to be superficial, they talk like retarded toddlers and I can't understand them.
