If anyone agrees to the following concept:

The Priority of input when it comes to written Works should be:
-The Mediator for the Nation the written Work references.
-Representatives of the Nation that come from the Thread of that Nation and are primarly writing for that Nation.
-People from outside the Nation that hail from a different Thread that for one Reason or Another are writing outside their own Nation.

then i would say after recent happenign /nasa/ should be considered a nation without Mediator until either Cunt truly feels like coming back and taking the mantle or someone new joins and
old rep is releifed of beign a mediator and henceforth onyl considered a Rep, thus able to have priority over works with /nasa/ written by outsiders but needing approval from above wich would be temporarily be overtaken by /vtwbg/

in fact any Person, even if they are the only Person of a Thread should have the right to refuse to become a Mediator for their Thread and if a Nation is left with no Mediator due to that then /vtwbg/ should temporarily be given the task to approve their works.

Defined would this be with no Anon refusing the written Work and 2 Anons acceptign the work.
If an Anon refuses he msut give a proper reasoning for it and if the Writer finds this unacceptable and a Discussion cannot reach a common Consens then that written Work should be Voted upon.
