On one hand he can keep upgrading Neuro for months if not years, adjusting AI and adding more features, and he seems limited by what existing open source tech is there at the moment. Adding more AItubers seems neat in theory, but they'll have to be distinct enough from Neuro to have a reason to exist, and Vedal already has his hands full with just one, so unless he gets some help from the side, it might take a very long time. Maybe if he forms a team it might be feasible, but for now I think it's pretty much out of question.
On the other, he already got some experience with making Neuro, so theoretically if he decides to make another one, he will be armed with knowledge, and possibly better tech, and hopefully better hardware, making the process easier and results better.
Also, from what I understand, Neuro's main part is the chatbot AI, while everything else is basically appendages, meaning if another chatbot AI comes to be, it could be easily integrated with Neuro's already existing features.
