I still dont get why so many Niji defenders seem to think that a manager should be someone that creates more work for you and enforces arbitrary rules.
Dont they know that a manager should essentially by a productivity multiplier, you offload shit on them and they help with branding, PR, getting sponsors etc. Lets take the Selen debacle and getting perms for graduated organs, that is the managers job to do.

It is his fuck up that led to this, not Selen. Selen only grew tired of malicious management and just went fuck it, like what any creative person would with such inane rules and management
