NTA, but 25kg can definitely be too excessive, even for major muscle groups like pecs as a beginner.

Don't ego lift and go with weights more than you can handle, otherwise you'll be more prone to injury which you want to avoid at all cost.

2 adjustable 20kg dumbells will be more than enough for a beginner.

For the anon wanting to work out, basic exercises using dumbells off the top of my head:
>Biceps - curls
>Triceps - overhead extensions
>Delts - overhead press/side lateral raise
>Chest - press/flyes
