Loli isnt even an issue but since she made it her problem then she would have to change the avatars artstyle, the moe proportions gives off the loli vibes. and if she doesnt want the bigtits on her avatar, she would have to get 'season 2' style change.
Retro or anime artstyles with less moe proportions like the ones used for Street fighter characters such as Sukura, Menat and Ibuki; theyre all smaller chested teens but that don't look loli.

As far as the 'sameJoke-spam', thats literally part of Twitch and Discord culture. She would have to drop those platforms entirely, and even then the chat will still bring that to YouTube so there's no escape.
