The streamer-viewer relationship is inherently parasocial. As is a viewers relationship with an actor, a reader's relationship with an author, a listener's relationship with a musician, etc. It's just any relationship that isn't (and can't be) on equal grounds.
Doing fake date streams and shit is fine so long as you don't encourage people to take it seriously.

That's in no way contradictory unless the streamer is encouraging you to consider it real (which no one in NijiEN does) or you as the viewer can't distinguish fiction from reality (which is a problem with you, not them).
