I hadn't thought about it before, but of course the land of the Phoenix would be good at flying. Since my mind goes to chicken first, and chickens are normally flightless, I normally think ground only.
The "sky city" motif is even in one of the original character arts from Huke.

The choice of orange works fine in Huke's artstyle which tends to have more muted and textured colors on character clothing. It just didn't translate well to the live2D.
