He looks like he can heal all your ailments if you sip a drop of his milk so he travels around the world helping the poor and needy who can't afford medical treatment free of charge out of the kindness of his heart, but one day he runs into you while you're very sick and saves your life in time but unfortunately your condition is chronic and very serious and you need a constant supply of his milk to stay alive, so you drain him of his milk periodically and he has to face a moral dilemma of either staying with you for life, or giving up on you and letting you die so he can save a countless amount of other people, however during his stay with you he falls in love and decides that he doesn't have to carry the burdens of the entire world on his shoulder and that its okay to be selfish and live for himself.
Also idk the nipple piercing looks very painful so 4/10
