Sure, but clothing physics on something like a casual outfit is pretty trivial, since it'll largely be tight to the skin and people don't mind a bit of clipping on things like the sleeves when arms are brought to the chest. Think of something like Sora's casual outfit where the only mildly hard part was the skirt and even that they cheated out on by texturing the pleats on the skirt instead of modeling them so it's just a cone with drape physics that should be pretty trivial to paint.
