I do the same thing. Sometimes I'll go out to touch grass and just watch other people have fun around me because they already know each other. Meanwhile, I'm just sort of existing like a ghost in the middle of it all. It's a depressing but also sobering feeling. Reminds me of why I don't get out of the house much in the first place. But it's still probably worth it to do it sometimes anyways, just so that, at the very least, I remember my place in society and I don't get any bright ideas about how I'm going to be able to turn my life around and become a normie.
