Mori is literally planning to kill off Tiara and use the “you’re a Phoenix” angle to bring her back. Either that or her necklace just has Phoenix powers that can bring her back. Point is, Tiara WILL die in this play though and will come back. I don’t know how Ame can be saved, unless Gura somehow can, I think she’s destined to die or become pure evil. It’d be super fucking cool if they all went on this hero journey and as it goes on they all become servants of the Wrym/just villains
