Yes! The final level was so hype and intense. He literally had 15 minutes left before the collab was supposed to start. Otsonny~

Otsonny!! God Sonny please slow down it's getting hard to keep up with you, how long has it been since I could last say that? Anyways I quite enjoyed idk today, it's been a minute. Pretty nice to see him finally go back to prodeus to look for more secrets and that precious ore, he's really fond of these shooters... since he was mostly going through earlier levels it wasn't much of a challenge, so it was a lot of pewpew zatsu not unlike ultrakill which was a pretty good time. The discussion kind of flowed from retro games to remakes, talking about issues with game preservation, fidelity when it comes to remakes, etc. some boomer ranting I don't mind listening to. He seems pretty cautiously optimistic about the mgs3 remake which.... it's Konami, so my expectations aren't high. Regardless I hope it turns out — and I'll use one of his favorite words here — serviceable, at least for his sake. Tangentially related but I also thought it was cute when he talked about checking out everyone's metal gear streams in niji, and mentioned watching all of Bel's playthroughs as well because he liked the trivia and commentary he could give from having played it already. Huh, sounds kinda familiar, doesn't it? After that was MORE Q remastered! He may have completed the most levels in niji but he didn't stop there. Secondary 2 was stressing him out a lot though, which was kind of funny to watch. Q26 was deceptively simple and took him like 40 minutes to do, somebody just get this ball a skateboard. I think Q29 was the first time he quit ON a question, the gravity shittery and familiarly traumatizing container was just too much for his brain. He had a lot of supas to catch up on so I can't blame him too much for wanting to preserve a shred of his sanity, you'll get em next time.
I was simultaneously in genuine disbelief and yet utterly unsurprised when he said he wanted to demolish vsf AGAIN. Christ sonny, i know I had mixed feelings about the recent renovations but you'll never get to build your little empire out in the boonies at this rate, in fact I'm somewhat convinced he'll burn himself out on the game again by this endeavor. He called the layout too confusing, but I always liked the floorplan of nu-VSF anyhow. Ahem... as long as he has some semblance of a plan and doesn't leave it in an unfinished state for months and/or make us watch as he struggles greatly to do the simplest things in frustrated silence I will put up with it, and please let us see the final changes you made before you destroy it. Ganbare sonny...../sperg

Later was mojipittan, but before that I'll say I need to vodwatch into the fire sometime soon, I ended up passing out halfway through so unfortunately can't talk too much about it. It was a great group though, it's good to have fuuchan slowly coming back and the game seemed like a very uh, appropriate level of jank for the four of them. Anyways... hiragana scrabble was a fun time from what pitifully little I could understand, I guess it doesn't take a genius to comprehend place block = create word for points but I was definitely missing a lot of the banter. As another anon said it was nice to see sonny really comfortable in JP collabs, even if it wasn't exactly unfamiliar company. EN (JP) vs. JP (EN) raid boss... who will prevail? For the first bit it was 1v1s, with sonny against oliver first, surprisingly sonny took the first win with relative ease, as expected of my pureblooded japanese samurai genius husband. ...Actually, no, he would have that title temporarily revoked soon. Petra lost to oliver in the next round but sonny would lose to the pengu later on, which I'm still not entirely convinced wasn't throwing. I expect next stream to open with naked dogeza. I mention shu last because of course he's a genius and no one stood a chance against his autism, not DJ (.....) and certainly not oliver. Too OP pls nerf. I'm not 100% sure exactly what the conditions were for the latter half, I think it was just 2v2 penguin siblings against sonny and prof? Doesn't matter, still shu sweep. If you can wade through the sea of shitposts there was a fair amount of liveposting and TL during the stream which may be more of use than me. Either way, congrats on becoming real japanese @ shu and sonny, Petra.... at least you already live in nippon, and oliver-sensei, we humbly welcome you to EN. Sorry edengumi. Cute tweets from everyone after stream, too. Haven't been keeping up with reps as much as I should be so I'll also likely be relying on translators for the JP zatsu tomorrow too, but I look forward to it nonetheless! Also glad sonny will finally get around to checking out asuka soon, his kit seems like a lot of fun and I was genuinely surprised when he didn't schedule strive last week. Excited to see viewers once again kick his ass as he tries to learn the character. More Zelda to come on Sunday! Congrats again on the drama CD! Thanks for the stream sonny, sleep well and see you soon for another early one. o7
