Far from it, other japs don't get that
It's really her attitude toward the community and how she is.

She's herself all about self-made and creativity (made and rigged own avatar, composed her own ending music, is learning blender for her 3D model etc.)
She's very motivating and value creativity from fans a lot, no matter the quality, as long as you put spirit in it.
She even make some contests not for art but for other creative stuff and review it on stream .
